The exhibition ”Bright Cityscapes: Mirroring the Ecosystem” in partnership with Politehnica University Timisoara reflects upon the industrial ecosystem of Timisoara, the ways it influences the city, and its role in the local economy. Mechanical parts, factory-like processes, and intricate components are just a few things you will explore in the exhibition.
The exhibition is part of a multidisciplinary program, within Timisoara 2023 European Capital of Culture. The title of the exhibition refers to the concept of mirroring, which in social science is an unconscious behavior of imitation from one being to another. This way, the exhibition aims to create a reflection board, an inventory and a tangible interconnection of skills, places, technologies, and products. As a whole, the space will reflect upon the state of design of the city and its role as invisible or visible discipline fundamental for the local economy in connection to global supplies or demands.
We invite you to the opening, on 18.02, from 6 PM, followed by a musical show by overdriven dreams on the 18th and 19th of February from 7 PM
The exhibition can be visited between 17 – 26 February, daily from 10AM to 8PM.
