? We are discussing the couple relationship – between connection and toxicity – Thursday, February 29, from 19:00, at FABER.

Among the topics addressed will be:
? Attachment styles – how they are formed and how they change throughout life.
? Fidelity, eroticism, maintaining a long-term relationship.
? Gaslighing – how can you identify it and how can you protect yourself from it?
? Trauma bonding vs. Authentic bonding.
? The difference between love and falling in love.
? How you can set healthy boundaries and how you can manage conflicts in the relationship.
? The downsides of romance and the ways in which cultural and social influences affect couple relationships.

? The event will last two hours and will have an interactive component.
? Places are limited, and participation is done by registering in the form and paying the amount of 100 lei in the account or at the location.

About the speaker:
A psychologist by profession, Mircea Dragu has been active for many years in civic organizations, mainly in mental health projects.
Since 2008, he has been working as a psychotherapist (training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy; specialized in individual therapy for adults) in a private mental health service center.

Collaborator and supporter of several organizations in the area of complementary education. He writes for Golan magazine, from time to time elsewhere.
In his day-to-day work, he tries to dispel myths and prejudices related to psychotherapy and guide people to realistic methods of increasing emotional resilience.
