With over 15 years of experience in urban development, public policy, and innovation, Grațian has collaborated with organizations like the World Bank and the European Commission, founded UrbanizeHub, and authored the book How to Shape the Cities of Romania. He’s now working on making 112 European cities greener and more people-friendly.
