? Self-esteem influences our lives much more than we realize.
That is why it is very important to discuss it and understand it. ?
? We propose that on Tuesday, October 3, from 19:00, we talk about self-esteem with the psychotherapist Ionuț Mladin, doctor of philosophy and psychologist trained in integrative psychotherapy.
? We are preparing an engaging and clarifying discussion around the following questions:
? What is self-esteem and how does it manifest itself in our thoughts, feelings and behavior?
? What are the factors that contribute to low self-esteem and how do these factors affect our mental and emotional state?
? How can we recognize and combat the negative thoughts and beliefs that influence our self-esteem?
? What role does childhood and education play in the development of self-esteem and how can previous experiences influence our self-image in adult life?
? How can we challenge and change negative internal dialogue or beliefs that contribute to low self-esteem?
? The event will last an hour and a half and will take place in the form of an interactive dialogue, with the audience having the chance to ask their own questions at the end.
