The first concert that Methadone Skies will hold in 2023 in Timișoara, thus opening the series of concerts in the national tour that will take place in May.
Methadone Skies is an independent psychedelic rock band from Timisoara. Active since 2009, the band has released a total of 5 albums up to now. Each of these share their own musical direction, most often exploring sonic territories belonging to stoner rock, post-rock, doom metal and/or progressive rock. They never set boundaries, so each material became the sum of different musical influences and constant sonic explorations.
In 2020, Methadone Skies remastered the first album, Enter the Void, originally released in 2012. Since the 10-year anniversary was approaching, it became a good opportunity to offer it to the public also on vinyl. A limited edition of 300 copies, double vinyl on white, was pressed in conjunction with Supersomnic Records. On this occasion, the album will also be available in cassette version, limited to 40 copies.
