“Care” is a word very present in parenting and often directed at others – how we take care of the child, how we take care to be what others expect us to be. Children need caring parents and, at the same time, functional parents who prioritize their health and leave a “legacy” of, among other things, the practice of self-love and care — for their own mental and emotional health.
Together with our specialists, Cristina Negură and Andrea Iștoc, we will talk about:

- How care and self-love manifests itself when we fulfill multiple roles;
- Self-care in relation to self-love, self-image and self-esteem;
