Our community, what does our community mean, who is our community, who is part of it, who is not - these are issues that a heteronormative world constantly makes. We want to occupy the space of assumptions. We want to transform the space of assumptions. We want to make it our own and make it damn queer.
ππ€π«ππ¨π©ππ π’ππ - π₯ππ£π©π§πͺ π₯π§ππ’π πππ©πΜ is a multimedia exhibition that combines a structured method of storytelling with images obtained through AR (augmented reality). Thus, when listening to the 11 stories, visitors will be able to interact with them. How? The images will start moving with the help of an application through which they will be scanned.
The stories are by people from the LGBTQIA + community in Romania, the Republic of Moldova and the United Kingdom. They were structured and written during the storytelling workshop in April, given by Leo ZbΓ’nca. The stories were then transformed into 2D images by the Reniform team.
We are waiting for you at the opening on June 28, at Faber (ground floor room), starting at 7 p.m.

At first, Reniform was the stage name of Sergiu Negulici, signing his work as an artist and animator, involved mainly in advertising. While starting working for animation films and completing βThe Blissful Accidental Deathβ, his first short, Sergiu realised the creative work must be approached differently. Teaming up with longtime creative partner Adriana IonicΔ, with over 20 years of experience in leading a graphic department of VFX and animation, they started to take Reniform seriously and transformed it into a boutique production studio. Joined also by artist and animator Ioana NicoarΔ, the studio has a modular structure, involving collaboration with animators and artists and permitting the creative team to adapt to all kind of animation and VFX projects, domain to which they commit all their talent and skills. Reniform Productionβs main core is a particular view and concept of how aesthetique approach serves or conducts the storytelling of any particular project.
