We invite professionals from the cultural field, with at least 2 years of experience in cultural projects, organizations or institutions, to sign up for the fourth edition of the Training and Mentoring Program.

Built under the theme Culture, scenarios for the future, this edition will focus on the future perspectives of the artistic and cultural system in Europe and Romania and the new skills needed in the production of cultural content.
The program is right for you if:
🟡 you are a freelancer or professional in cultural organizations / institutions
🟡 you are motivated by exploring new cultural practices and policies
🟡 you need guidance in professional development
🟡 you have experience working with artists or the desire to deepen the relationship with contemporary art

CALENDAR
🚶 May 30 - June 3: Module 1: The challenges of Timișoara, European capital of culture in 2023 (physical participation in Timișoara)
💻 June 12 - 23: Module 2: The future of traditional cultural politics and dynamics (online participation)
💻 June 26 - 30: Module 3: How we communicate cultural content (online participation)
💻 July 10 - 21: Module 4: Mentoring (online participation)

👉 It is important that you are available to participate in the entire program.
👉 We provide accommodation for the participants in Timișoara for the duration of module 1.
👉 Some sessions will take place in English.
