For the first time in Timișoara, we present “A Hero”, the new film by the well-known Iranian filmmaker Asghar Farhadi, winner of the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival in 2021.

Rahim is in prison due to an unpaid debt. During a two-day leave, he tries to persuade his creditor to withdraw his complaint in exchange for the return of part of this debt. What could be wrong with that? What could be the consequences?

”A Hero", distributed in Romania by Independence Film, can be seen on March 9, at Faber, and tickets can already be purchased at the location for 15 lei.

The screening is organized by the Big Screen Association and opens the series of screenings organized by the Cultural Film and Big Screen Associations starting in March before the ninth edition of the Ceau, Cinema! Festival, which will take place on July 14-17 in Timisoara.
