Space preparation
The rental fee includes basic logistical support, consisting of the space configuration with our existing furniture and the preliminary preparation of the venue. If the organizer chooses to use their own furniture exclusively, the responsibility for its assembly and disassembly rests entirely with the organizer.
Access routes and fire evacuation corridors must be kept clear and unobstructed at all times.

We offer three distinct pricing options, designed to align perfectly with the size, complexity, and duration of your event. This ensures that you receive an optimized tariff package, whether you are organizing a small-scale cultural event, a large conference, or a corporate party.

The price covers the basic services and equipment included. Customizing the space or adding additional equipment and services may involve additional costs.
Any requirement for additional time (overtime) must be established and negotiated in advance with the person responsible for the space, at the location's standard hourly rate. Only if the availability of the space permits it.
The rental period for the hall must mandatory include the time allocated for the event's setup and teardown.
Exceeding the space handover deadline established by contract entails additional charges according to the hourly rate.
The space shall be handed over in the same condition as it was received; any damage or necessary repairs resulting from the event shall be covered by the organizer.

Additional Services and Equipment for an extra cost
Extra CostsAdditional costs are clarified and finalized during the bidding/quoting phase. These are determined based on the specific complexity and requirements of the event.
For events with over 50 people, catering services, or a high flow of participants, an extra cleaning fee is charged for the sanitization and restoration of the space.
The extra cleaning cost is calculated based on the specifics of each event and will be communicated during the venue booking and quoting stage.
Sound TechnicianSpecialized technical support provided by a sound technician, ensuring the calibration and optimal operation of the audio system throughout the event.

Event Promotion
We offer event promotion services across our communication channels. These include publishing event details on our website and creating collaborative posts on our social media platforms.
For website promotion, we require a 16:9 aspect ratio cover image (e.g., a Facebook event cover) and an event description including all necessary details, such as ticket purchasing links, registration forms, etc.
Instagram promotion is done through "collaborator" posts; we reserve the right to refuse these if they do not align with our profile's minimum graphic requirements.
