Booking & other services
Space preparation
The rental fee includes basic logistical support, consisting of setting up the space with our existing furniture and preliminary preparation of the venue. The hall can be completely cleared of chairs and tables.
The space is equipped with curtains in the access area to ensure the privacy of the participants.
The space cannot be set up with furniture from outside.
The available board is not magnetic, meaning it does not allow the use of magnets.

The price does not include VAT.
The price covers the included basic services and equipment. Customization of the space or the addition of extra equipment and services may involve additional costs.
This is not possible, as the hall is available for rental only between 08:00-22:00.
Any need for additional time (overtime) is established and negotiated in advance with the person responsible for the space, at the standard hourly rate of the venue. Only if the availability of the space allows for this.

The services included in the rental price are designed to support events of any type, from small meetings to large-scale productions. Here is what we offer:
Chairs
Pedrali design chairs, combining modern aesthetics with ergonomic comfort, providing a pleasant experience for participants.
Tables
Various types of tables, quickly configurable to adapt to the needs of the event – whether for work or for dining.
Whiteboard
A large, reusable whiteboard is available for interactive sessions, noting ideas, diagrams or illustrations during presentations.
Flipchart (FLP)
A portable flipchart is available for interactive sessions, quick notes or brainstorming sessions.
Television
A large screen Smart TV is available for high-resolution video presentations, displaying additional content or entertainment sessions.
Pointer
A laser pointer is included to allow presenters to easily highlight important information on screen.
USB-C to HDMI Adapter
We provide an adapter for quickly connecting modern laptops to the projector, simplifying the technical setup.
Extension cord
Extension cords and multiple power sources are provided to ensure easy connection of all necessary electrical devices.
Markers
Sets of markers are provided for use on the flipchart or for other interactive activities.
Air conditioning system
The adjustable air conditioning system maintains an optimal indoor temperature, regardless of external weather conditions, for the comfort of the guests.
Cleaning
Cleaning services before and after the event are included to ensure an impeccable space.
Services and equipment at an additional cost
Extra costs are clarified and established during the quoting period. These depend on the complexity of the event.
Bar services
Complete bar services, from logistical setup to qualified staff, to serve drinks and manage the socializing area.
Catering services
Recommendations or collaboration with catering partners to provide personalized culinary solutions, adapted to any type of event (from buffet to formal dinner).
Coffee break services
A dedicated service package for short breaks, including coffee, tea, water and light snacks, optimized for conferences and working sessions.
Event promotion
We offer event promotion services on our communication channels. These include publishing event details on the website and collaborative posts on our social media platforms.
For website promotion we need a 16:9 format cover (e.g. Facebook event cover) and a description of the event with all the necessary details such as: ticket purchase, registration forms, guests, etc.
Instagram promotion is done through 'collaboration' posts, for which we reserve the right to decline them if they do not meet the minimum graphic requirements of our profile.
Event organization
Logistics and production are in our hands. We turn your plans into reality, with maximum attention to detail and zero stress. You enjoy the event, we take care of everything behind the scenes.
