Rental Inclusions & LogisticsThe rental fee includes basic logistical support, which covers the configuration of the space using our existing furniture and the preliminary preparation of the venue.If the organizer chooses to use their own exclusive furniture, the full responsibility for its assembly and disassembly rests entirely with the organizer.

Event Promotion
We offer event promotion services across our communication channels. These include publishing event details on our website and collaborative posts on our social media platforms.
To promote the event on our website, we require a 16:9 cover image (e.g., a Facebook event cover) and a description of the event including all necessary details, such as ticket purchasing links, registration forms, etc.
Instagram promotion is handled through "collaborative" posts. We reserve the right to decline these requests if the assets do not align with our profile's minimum graphic standards and visual identity.

If you prefer a worry-free organizing experience, we provide an event planning team that handles the entire logistical coordination and execution of the event, ensuring a result that perfectly matches your vision.
