The Chamber of Wishes at FABERLAND with Christine Cizmaș
This year at FABERLAND, Christine Cizmaș opens a space for stillness and imagination: The Chamber of Wishes —gatherings for children, grown-up children, and mindful adults—where we sing carols, write letters to Santa, and remember the things that truly matter. Then, towards evening, as the market winds down, we gather by the fire for an hour of stories told out loud.
Christine Cizmaș invites you into the Chamber of Wishes. With you, with yours, with us… are you coming? Here, the small things—perhaps forgotten—find their meaning once more. We stop for a moment to remember, to dream, and to be joyful. Just a little. Especially as Christmas draws near. Do you still remember what it was like to go caroling? How the street, the building, the neighborhood felt when we sang at people's doorsteps? Do you still remember how it felt to write a letter to Santa? In the Chamber of Wishes, that is exactly what we do: we meet, we spend time together, and we give our wishes the time they deserve.

A moment where we learn carols together, guided by Christine Cizmaș. We gather in a small group, rehearse, sing with every voice we have, and rediscover the joy of caroling. At the end, if you wish, we will wander through FABERLAND and carry the good news forward.
A LETTER. RECIPIENT: SANTA CLAUS
Santa is waiting. Christine helps you write it. What? The letter? We have paper, writing tools, red envelopes, little stars, and enough quiet for you to hear your own wishes.
We don’t promise it will come true, but wishes deserve to be put into words. If you haven’t learned how to write yet, Christine is there for you.
Additional informations
Participation in the Chamber of Wishes is based on a donation to the FABER Association. Depending on the specific workshop, the minimum recommended donation is 80 lei. Contributions can be made in cash or via bank transfer before the start of the session.
