"The Kitchen' is a versatile space, designed to host a variety of formats, from concerts and performances to conferences, private dinners and parties with your team or your group of friends.

Space preparation
This space cannot be reconfigured, but can only be decorated with temporary elements that do not affect the current layout.
The kitchen furniture cannot be removed from the space and may only be used in accordance with the instructions received from the FABER team.
The space must be returned clean, as it was received. Any broken crockery must be replaced.
Access routes and corridors designated for fire evacuation must be permanently kept free and unobstructed.

Booking methods and pricing
We offer three distinct pricing options, designed to perfectly align with the size, complexity and duration of your event. This way, we ensure you receive an optimized pricing package, whether you are organizing a small cultural event, a family party or a wine tasting.
200 RON
per hour
between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM
1600 RON
per day
full day package (8 hours) – time slot (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM)
3000 RON
per night
between 5:00 PM and 12:00 noon (next day)
The price does not include VAT.
The price covers the included basic services and equipment. Customization of the space or the addition of extra equipment and services may involve additional costs.
Any need for additional time (overtime) is established and negotiated in advance with the person responsible for the space, at the standard hourly rate of the venue. Only if the availability of the space allows for this.
The hall rental period must mandatorily include the time allocated for the setup and breakdown of the event.
Exceeding the venue handover time established in the contract will result in additional charges in accordance with the hourly rate.
The space must be returned in the same condition as it was received; any damages or necessary repairs arising from the event will be borne by the organizer.

The Professional Kitchen
The centerpiece of the venue, fully equipped, allowing the organization of fine dining dinners, live cooking sessions, bar setup or complex catering for large-scale events.
The kitchen is an integral part of the hall's architecture and cannot be relocated, being designed to serve as a premium backdrop for any type of activity.
Barriers
Mobile barriers or dividers, useful for managing audience flow, delimiting areas or creating internal pathways.
Projector
A high-performance projector, perfectly calibrated for clear and impactful visual presentations.
XLR Cable
Professional XLR cables, provided for high-quality audio connection between equipment.
Three-phase outlet
Access to a three-phase outlet (380V), essential for high-power technical equipment, complex lighting installations or professional catering.
Restrooms
Modern, clean restrooms, appropriately sized for the flow of participants.
The restrooms are located in the central lobby area of the Faber building, being accessible to all our guests via a short walk through the common areas.
Paid services and equipment
Extra costs are clarified and established during the quoting period. These depend on the complexity of the event.
The cleaning cost is calculated based on the specifics of each event and will be communicated during the quoting stage of the space reservation.
DJ
We provide professional DJs who can deliver the appropriate musical background or create the right atmosphere for parties and dynamic events.
Live bands and Artists for events
We help you choose the band that best suits your guests' profile and we take care of contracting, technical requirements and coordination.
Sound technician
Specialized technical support from a sound technician, ensuring optimal calibration and operation of the audio system throughout the event.
High-quality audio equipment
High-performance audio setups, specially configured for each individual event.
Wireless microphone
High-fidelity wireless microphones, ideal for free-form presentations, interactive sessions and increased mobility on stage.
Bar services
Complete bar services, from logistical setup to qualified staff, to serve drinks and manage the socializing area.
Catering services
Recommendations or collaboration with catering partners to provide personalized culinary solutions, adapted to any type of event (from buffet to formal dinner).
Coffee break services
A dedicated service package for short breaks, including coffee, tea, water and light snacks, optimized for conferences and working sessions.

Event promotion
We offer event promotion services on our communication channels. These include publishing event details on the website and collaborative posts on our social media platforms.
For website promotion we need a 16:9 format cover (e.g. Facebook event cover) and a description of the event with all the necessary details such as ticket purchase, registration forms, etc.
Instagram promotion is done through 'collaboration' posts, for which we reserve the right to decline them if they do not meet the minimum graphic requirements of our profile.
